Guide to Online Grievance Submission

YURA operates a grievance handling channel to listen to and address all grievances related to YURA, with the aim of promoting mutually beneficial cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. All submitted information is handled confidentially, and you may submit a grievance either anonymously or under your own name. YURA is committed to ensuring that employees and stakeholders can work in a fair and transparent manner.

  • Your grievance will be handled confidentially within 14 business days. However, additional time may be required if the matter is broad in scope or involves special circumstances.

Reporter Protection and Non-Retaliation Policy

YURA is committed to protecting reporters through rigorous security and confidentiality measures. Without the reporter's consent, YURA will not disclose any information that reveals or implies the reporter's identity, and YURA will ensure that the reporter does not suffer any disadvantage. YURA will not restrict bidding opportunities, suspend transactions, or otherwise disadvantage business partners on the grounds that they engaged in conduct protected under the Non-Retaliation Policy.

YURA will ensure that no disadvantage, disciplinary action, or penalty is imposed on the reporter.
If you report misconduct or wrongdoing involving yourself, the matter will be handled with full consideration given to any mitigating circumstances.

Submit a Grievance

Please describe your grievance in detail using the 5W1H (Who, What, When, Where, Why, and How) format. YURA will review and handle your submission carefully based on the information provided. To ensure transparent and reliable grievance handling, YURA conducts internal follow-up evaluations of this grievance-handling system at least once every 12 months. YURA continuously reviews and improves the effectiveness of this grievance-handling system.
