01 Conflict Minerals
Conflict minerals refer to tantalum, tungsten, tin and gold originated in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and its adjoining countries (“Covered Countries”). ※ Covered Countries (10 Countries) : Democratic Republic of Congo, Congo, Sudan, Rwanda, Burundi, Uganda, Zambia, Angola, Tanzania, Central African Republic There are concerns that the conflict minerals fund armed forces of the Covered Countries causing many deaths of their own people and infringement of human rights in the course of mineral excavation such as forced labor and abuse of women and children.

In response to these concerns, the United States Congress enacted the Dodd–Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (the “Dodd-Frank Act”)[1] Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Act (“Conflict Minerals Rule”) requires manufacturing companies listed in U.S. stock exchange, they have to report whether the products they manufacture or contract to manufacture contain conflict minerals to U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, SEC[2]
02 Compliance with Conflict Minerals Policy
In response to The Conflict Minerals Regulations, We are working with all our suppliers to comply with the Conflict Minerals Regulation Policy.

Yura Corporation and our Suppliers will establish conflict minerals management policies and procedures to ensure that our products do not include the conflict minerals that contribute to the armed forces of the Democratic Republic of Congo and other covered countries.

Yura Corporation and our Suppliers will strive to grasp the location and name of all smelting plants that purchase conflict minerals in SCM.

Yura Corporation and our Suppliers will fill in the CMRT and CRT[3] and save and submit, In order to manage all smelter plants
Yura Corporation have the right to impose sanctions and interrupt the transaction in those cases, If do not repond for confirmation of compliance with conflict materials policy, If do not provide sufficient necessary information with the fact, If do not implement measures to eliminate the risk factors found in the suppliers and their SCM.

It was enacted on Jul 21, 2010, The law overhauled financial regulation the aftermath of the Great Recession. The main point of this Act is Reinforcement of restriction and supervision of major financial companies and reshuffle of financial supervisory organization
